Do you know Jenna from Eat, Live, Run. Well, I don't know her, but I follow her blog religiously... practically the same thing, right? She has amazing recipes, beautiful photography, and wicked writing skills. Lately I've been a little obsessed and I filled this week's menu with her creations:
First I found these Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Blondies. I made them for some co-workers and then went home and made a second batch for myself...I let Josh have some too.
Perfect blend of chocolate and PB!
Then I found her amazing Shrimp Tacos with Grilled Pablano and Avacado Salsa.
And speaking of avacado, now that I have this recipe I will never need another one again.
So simple. So perfect.
Now if you will excuse me, I need to go appease my grumbling tummy with all the leftovers!
